CB Expert Advice: Apply this product onto damp cotton pads and gently hold over the eyes for 10 seconds. Wipe gently over eye area to remove make-up. This product can be used as an eye balm. Simply apply generously to cotton pads and place on eyes for several minutes to sooth and refresh the eye contour area.
